We’re looking for a logistics administrator to join a fast-paced and supportive environment on a maternity cover basis, (12 month contract). This is a site based role with flexibility offered over a 4 or a 5 day week.

In this role, you’ll help keep logistics running smoothly by:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Coordinating with Sales and Production
  • Managing stock
  • Preparing export/import documentation
  • Assisting with credit queries
  • Liaising with transport companies to receive quotes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in logistics, order processing, or administration (desirable)
  • FMCG experience (Desirable)
  • At least 3 years previous experience within an administration role
