We are seeking an experienced Dispatch and Quality Control Operative to join a small manufacturing team in the Dungannon area. This role is responsible for ensuring all finished products meet company quality standards before being correctly packaged and dispatched to customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining product quality, accuracy of orders, and on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards
- Identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformances
- Complete quality control documentation accurately
- Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant industry standards
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Verify quantities and product specifications before dispatch
- Coordinate with logistics/couriers to ensure timely shipment
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and paperwork
- Occasional duties using Laser Printing Machine
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, dispatch, or quality control role essential
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control procedures
- Strong computer skills for recording data and dispatch documentation is essential
- Prior experience with shipping & receiving processes
- Experience operating machinery, using software or production equipment
- Experience packing and dispatching orders accurately
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures in a production environment
On offer is a full-time position, supportive team environment, enhanced annual leave & annual bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
