Administration Assistant / Customer Service Administrator to deliver support across both administrative tasks and customer interactions. In this role, you will be a point of contact for customer and client enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining the customer database, while also supporting sales within the agricultural sector.

As customer service administrator your day to day will include:

  • Customer Interaction - providing information to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Order Processing - Input customer orders, liaise with sales and despatch to ensure smooth order fulfillment, prepare documents
  • Sales Support - Preparing quotations and provide product information to customers
  • Database Management - Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM System
  • Other Duties - Sorting mail and deliveries, maintain office stationary supplies

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer support role is essential
  • At least 2 years experience within administration support is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly IT literate
