The Customer Account Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of a key customer account, ensuring all orders are processed, produced, and delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for an engineering client, building strong relationships and understanding requirements.
- Process customer orders accurately, checking specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects into production.
- Liaise with production and monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Ensure products are correctly labelled and all documentation (e.g. packing lists and delivery notes) is accurate.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment.
- Support the accurate and timely invoicing and financial completion of orders.
