This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with previous supervisory or team leader experience. This position will oversee 8 operators on a day shift pattern Monday to Thursday and Friday early finish.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee picking, packing and dispatch to ensure timely fulfilment. Supervise, train and allocate workloads to warehouse staff. Monitor stock movements inwards and outwards using SAP. Achieve daily pallet movement KPIs. Identify potential delays and take action to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Liaise with the Warehouse Manager, transport companies and drivers. Carry out stock checks and report shortages or damaged goods. Ensure all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed. Experience & Skills Previous experience in a Team Leader or similar role. Strong knowledge of warehousing, logistics and distribution. Good understanding of stock control and supply chain processes.
