Internal Sales Executive TLNT1_NI in Cookstown

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join an established supplies and distribution business. This is a varied, hands-on role combining telephone and face-to-face customer service, order processing, quotations and trade counter sales, with occasional support in the stores and warehouse. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with established trade accounts, processing orders and preparing quotations Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries relating to products, pricing and stock availability. Process customer orders accurately through the company's computer system, ensuring timely fulfilment. Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders and develop customer relationships. Provide trade counter sales support, assisting customers with product enquiries and identifying suitable products to meet their requirements. Check stock availability, product specifications and pricing to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. Assist with stock control, including stock checks, monitoring availability and reporting discrepancies. Provide occasional stores and warehouse support, including locating products, picking orders and preparing goods for collection or dispatch. Maintain accurate customer records, quotations and order documentation. The Ideal Candidate At least three years' experience in internal sales, sales administration, order processing or a trade counter environment. Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Confident communicating with customers over the telephone and face to face.
