The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 Β£ per month.
Part time Temporary (3 months) with a view to permanency - Hours are 9am - 1pm (flexibility offered).
The Accounts Administrator will be tasked with:
- Recording and managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in ledgers and journals.
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Processing business transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, expense vouchers and receipts.
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions.
- Reconciling records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
- Preparing and delivering periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining confidential financial information and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of all data.
- Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies, stock take trails.
Skills Required:
- Sound Knowledge of Sage Financial Accounting Software and Moneysoft Payroll Software (Monthly wages) for less than 10 Employees.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
