Employment Solutions are a leading specialist in the design, manufacture, and installation of aeration systems for wastewater treatment is seeking a Site Supervisor. This role supports the delivery of full turnkey projects using cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, technical environment with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and high-quality service.
This role would suit a hands-on, experienced individual with a background in site supervision, ideally within the water treatment or construction sectors. It\’s perfect for someone who is comfortable working away from home, enjoys variety in their work, and takes pride in maintaining professional standards on-site.
This is a working away from home role and requires a full clean driving licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the on-site installation of specialist aeration systems across various UK locations
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure all health, safety and environmental regulations are followed to industry standards
- Maintain accurate site records and report on progress to project managers
- Travel regularly and supervise work Monday to Friday, staying away from home as needed
