Overview
We are currently looking for a factory supervisor based in the Worsley area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and innovative natural food and drink producer. With a strong reputation for organic and ethical products, the company manufactures its own brands in a fully certified, UK-based factory, supplying delicious meals, drinks, and condiments to a growing market.
This role would suit an experienced and hands-on individual with a background in food or drink manufacturing, particularly in bottling and canning. Ideal for someone looking to step up into a supervisory role or bring their leadership skills to a dynamic and ethical production environment. A strong work ethic and team-focused mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bottling and canning line
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 10-12 factory operatives
- Ensure health & safety and food hygiene standards are strictly maintained
- Monitor production schedules and meet daily output targets
- Report to senior management on performance and process improvements
