We're supporting a well-established Ipswich-based business working with global clients. Their work sits across claims/recoveries, reporting and risk insight, and they're investing heavily in new technology and data-led solutions, so it's a great time to join.

This Account Manager role supports the Senior Account Managers and acts as a key link between clients and internal operational/software teams. It's a fast-paced role with lots of moving parts, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.

What you'll be doing as Account Manager:

  • Supporting the Account Managers to look after a portfolio of clients and keep relationships running smoothly
  • Helping onboard new clients and making sure everything is set up properly from day one
  • Co-ordinating day-to-day client requests, queries and updates, and making sure actions are followed through
  • Producing regular client reports and supporting meetings (pulling together figures, updates and insights)
  • Keeping client information, processes and systems up to date and accurate
  • Acting as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to expectation
  • Supporting invoicing/admin tasks and helping keep things organised and compliant
