The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 Β£ per month.
You will be working closely with experienced Executives who will guide you and coach you to work with their Corporate Clients to generate and develop potential new relationships. It is important that you have the confidence and drive to continually grow your portfolio of clients. Having experience of contacting business clients, either over the phone or face to face, will be an advantage, but you will genuinely want to do all you can to develop these relationships and turn them into new Clients for the business.
For the level of Client interaction you will ultimately have, you will need to be persuasive and able to build rapport with a wide range of people, as well as having the confidence to initiate relationships. Following your training and with further mentoring and support, you will be able to manage a book of your own Clients.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Contacting new and lapsed clients
- Identifying new Clients to contact
- Initiating relationships, by telephone and face to face
- Researching and understanding your prospective Clients' requirements
- Arranging, preparing and attending external meetings with clients
- Liaison with the team over presentation of proposal documents
- Preparing and submitting proposals to Clients
