As part of our Clients continued expansion, they are investing in the growth of a newly formed team which plays a key role in supporting the delivery and servicing of Binder-led solutions. This is an opportunity for a Binder Technician to join a collaborative, high-performing team where your technical expertise in Binding and Delegated Authorities will be valued and where you can directly contribute to the growth of an evolving area of the business.

Main responsibilities of the Binder Technician role:

  • Reviewing both new and existing Binders
  • Premium and Claims bordereaux processing to bureau and non bureau
  • Binding Authority Claims handling
  • Resolve coverage and accounting-related queries
  • Discuss with Client and Underwriters on a technical level
  • Provide support in the overall servicing of the client's account and retention of business
  • Participate in Client and Reinsurer meetings

To be a successful Binder Technician you will demonstrate:

  • Ability to compile, analyse and interpret financial information and data.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
