Our Commercial Insurance Broking Client is recruiting for an experienced and driven Client Director to join their high performing team. They have long-standing client relationships and a strong growth record; so we're looking for someone who can come in, bring experience, and help elevate their performance even further.
You'll be able to focus on what you do best: building relationships and developing your portfolio, because you'll have well-resourced support including dedicated placement expertise, in-house risk management and an experienced team around you. You'll be trusted and supported to succeed in this genuinely Client focused team that are relationship led and collaborative.
Your main responsibilities as a Client Director include:
- Build strong, trusted face to face relationships with your Clients, demonstrating your understanding of their business and needs
- Manage the renewal process for your clients and securing the best outcomes
- Maintain and grow your book of business by identifying and acting on new opportunities
- Support your Clients through any business issues they have including claims
To be a successful Client Director you'll demonstrate:
- Proven track record as a Commercial Insurance Account Executive or Account Director, with experience managing and developing significant client relationships
- Strong understanding of general Insurance products, services, and classes of Insurance
- Passion about delivering outstanding client service and building lasting relationships
- Proactive and driven, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
