What You’ll Be Doing as an Insurance Recruitment Specialist:
- Sourcing talented Insurance professionals through databases, LinkedIn and job boards
- Conducting engaging phone conversations with candidates all day
- Using your insurance knowledge to properly assess candidates’ skills and aspirations
- Building your network across Brokers, Insurers, and MGAs
- Supporting our Senior Recruitment Team
- Learning the recruitment trade whilst staying in the Insurance world
