What you'll be doing as Claims Manager:

  • Leading and managing the Claims function across Commercial Lines portfolios with many complexities.
  • Overseeing Claims Handling from first notification through to settlement or litigation, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.
  • Monitoring claims data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive better outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with Regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership and Operational teams on strategy and process development.
  • Bringing ideas to the table and playing an active role in shaping how claims operations evolve.
