Our client, an independent Insurance Broker with a reputation for excellence and professionalism, is recruiting a Claims Executive.\\n\\nIn this brand new role you will be both their internal technical Claims expert but also their Claims expert for their Commercial Clients, who you will meet with regularly.\\n\\nAccordingly you will be a highly capable Claims professional with proven experience in managing large and complex losses as well as having great Client facing skills.\\n\\nYour main duties as Claims Executive will include:\\n\\nManaging claims from notification through to closure, including large and complex losses, across all classes\\nReferral point for technical enquiries within the Claims team and business\\nLeading Claims review meetings with clients, including producing relevant Claims reports\\nSupporting the Claims Manager in delivering exceptional service to clients\\nDriving improvement to their Claims function and to customer service by continuously reviewing processes and supporting change\\nProactively building and managing relationships with all of their key clients, Insurers, Loss Adjusters and Claims companies To be successful as a Claims Executive you will demonstrate:\\n\\nStrong experience managing large and complex claims across all classes of Commercial Insurance\\nExperience leading Claims review meetings with clients\\nAbility to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally\\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\\nFirst class problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAs well as a good salary you will also benefit from:\\n\\nEnhanced holiday entitlement\\nCompany Pension scheme\\nPrivate Medical Insurance\\nGroup Life Insurance\\nFree parking\\nCompany sick pay scheme\\nEnhanced Maternity pay\\nFinancial support for qualifications
