This Account Manager role supports the Senior Account Managers and acts as a key link between clients and internal operational/software teams. It\βs a fast-paced role with lots of moving parts, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.
What you\βll be doing as Account Manager
Supporting the Account Managers to look after a portfolio of clients and keep relationships running smoothly
Helping onboard new clients and making sure everything is set up properly from day one
Co-ordinating day-to-day client requests, queries and updates, and making sure actions are followed through
Producing regular client reports and supporting meetings (pulling together figures, updates and insights)
Keeping client information, processes and systems up to date and accurate
Acting as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure work is delivered on time and to expectation
Supporting invoicing/admin tasks and helping keep things organised and compliantWhat we\βre looking for from the Account Manager:
Previous experience in a Client Relationship lead role
Naturally organised and able to manage a busy workload without missing the detail
Strong attention xiskglj to detail and pride in getting things right
Confident building relationships with clients β friendly, professional and credible
Clear communicator (email, phone and video calls)
Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
Happy working to processes, and improving them where needed
Comfortable with systems, reporting and Excel (an interest in dashboards/tech is a bonus)
A team player who can also work well independently
Hybrid (approx. 2-3 days office)
