Our major Insurance Broking Client is looking to recruit a new Team Leader to join their successful Commercial Claims department. You will be managing a team of Insurance Claims professionals and drive their performance while creating a supportive and excellence orientated environment. We are looking for experienced individuals who naturally take the lead and are able to motivate others. You will have People Management experience with the aptitude to organise, manage and lead others. Also, Claims Insurance experience will be helpful alongside your great interpersonal skills.

As Team Leader your responsibilities include:

  • Achieve and strive to exceed all performance targets set for the team
  • Lead and coach your team to ensure their service focus is continually developed
  • Develop and maintain close, effective relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Support the technical development and knowledge within your team
  • Look for ways to improve the effectiveness of the team
  • Handle issues referred to you by the Handlers or on behalf of key Clients
