We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a specialist engineering business delivering Process, Plant & Equipment solutions into the Nuclear industry . You'll take ownership of business development activities, identifying and developing new opportunities, building relationships with key clients and supporting opportunities from initial engagement and capture planning through to formal tender submission.
This position would suit an established Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within complex engineering or highly regulated environments . It will appeal to someone who enjoys being client-facing, developing strategic relationships and identifying opportunities, while also having the commercial discipline to manage pipelines, market intelligence and opportunities through a structured sales process.
