We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing environment delivering complex, high-performance equipment. This role will focus on managing engineering projects from concept through to delivery, acting as the key interface between engineering teams, project management and wider business functions to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full.
This role would suit someone who comes from a Heavy Engineering or Automotive background who has some background in Mechanical Design. It will appeal to someone who is confident coordinating design activities, managing technical deliverables and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced engineering environment. The client are able to offer a relocation package for the suitable candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Translate customer requirements into clear engineering deliverables and project outputs
- Manage design data, resources and project timelines to ensure delivery to time and budget
- Lead and support design reviews including formal stages such as PDR and CDR
- Liaise closely with Project Managers and internal teams
