Key Responsibilities Lead quality assurance activities across fabrication, welding, and non-destructive testing operations. Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Conduct and manage internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring prompt resolution of non-conformances. Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Support new product introduction (NPI) and lead quality improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
