We are working with an industry leading engineering firm who specialise in manufacturing engineered products for construction and infrastructure markets. Working on their largest manufacturing facility, we are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage its cut-and-bent and fabrication operations. This pivotal role ensures end-to-end production efficiency, from intake to delivery, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement across processes and teams.
This position is ideal for a seasoned operations manager with a strong background in metal fabrication. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working across cross-functional teams, implementing lean principles, and driving results in a fast-paced, technical environment where quality and safety are paramount.
- Lead all aspects of cut-and-bent and fabrication operations, ensuring production targets, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
