We are currently recruiting for one of the region’s most forward-thinking organisations, who are looking for a maintenance engineer to join their well-regarded team. Working for a global company in a dynamic environment, this role offers the variety and challenge any good engineer is in the market for. Working a continental shift pattern, you will also be required to cover 20 shifts annually. This position is ideal for a skilled electrical maintenance engineer with five or more years of maintenance experience, particularly those qualified through an electrical engineering apprenticeship. The role is very varied, an adaptable and motivated character is the ideal for this position. Key Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on plant equipment and utilities. • Complete reactive and planned tasks while utilizing CMMS (SAP). • Address breakdown issues promptly and provide technical support to the production team. • Ensure Health & Safety standards are observed and maintained. • Support the shift supervision team and promote continuous improvement practices. The company a rewarding package including annual earning of £55,000-£60,000 , as well as offering a comprehensive benefits package consisting of Pension Contributions, Lid Assurance x7, Onsite Gym, and Free Parking. In addition to this, overtime is paid upto 2.5x.
