An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled welder to join a well-established company. Specialising in diverse sectors such as oil and gas, nuclear, and heavy engineering, this organisation has over 60 years of experience and has continually evolved in the industry. You will be required to work on the day shift for the first month and then will move on to nights. While on the Day shift the hours/ rates are the following- 06.45 – 15:15 Monday to Thursday 06:45 – 14:15 Friday Pay- £16.85Once you move on to nights the hours/ rates are the following- Nights- 15:00 – 00:00 Monday to Thursday. Pay- £21.06Key Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and MMA welding to a coded standard Work with materials up to 50mm in thickness Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations Collaborate effectively within a team environment Participate in ongoing training and development initiativesAll candidates must be time served or have the equivalent qualifications In return you will receive 25 days holiday + Bank, 4% Employer national insurance contribution and on-going personal training and development.
