We are recruiting for a skilled TIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturer supplying high-precision components into highly regulated industries, including aerospace.
The Role
Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating precision components to exact specifications, ensuring all work meets stringent quality and customer requirements. Duties will include:
- TIG welding thin gauge and precision components
- Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Welding stainless steel, aluminium and other specialist materials
- Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and accuracy
- Working to strict manufacturing and quality procedures
- Supporting fabrication and assembly activities where required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven TIG welding experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience producing high-quality precision welds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Desirable
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
