We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join a specialist engineering business supplying high-quality equipment and solutions into the milling and food processing sectors. This role will be responsible for managing engineering projects from concept through to completion, supporting the design, development and delivery of bespoke machinery and plant layouts for customers across the UK and internationally. This position would suit a Project Engineer with experience delivering engineering or manufacturing projects who enjoys working across multiple disciplines. It will appeal to someone who is organised, customer-focused and confident managing projects through design, supplier coordination, installation and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop equipment and plant designs using AutoCAD 2D and 3D software
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to translate customer requirements into engineering solutions
- Produce engineering drawings, technical documentation and project specifications
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
- Support site surveys, installation and commissioning activities both in the UK and overseas
In return you'll receive a salary up to £50k depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus 1 day birthday leave, profit share scheme, company pension and full product training.
