Are you an experienced Sheet Metal Worker looking to join a precision engineering environment where quality, flexibility and employee development are valued? We are recruiting for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join a well-established manufacturer supplying high-precision components into highly regulated industries, including aerospace.
The Role
Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling sheet metal components to exact specifications, ensuring all work meets stringent quality and customer requirements. Duties will include:
- Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components
- Forming, bending and shaping materials to engineering drawings
- Using hand tools and sheet metal machinery
- Conducting self-inspection and quality checks
- Working to strict manufacturing standards and procedures
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sheet Metal Worker
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of fabrication and assembly techniques
- Highly Desirable
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Experience working to AS9100 quality standards
