- Control project costs – maximise profitability
- Ensure works meet all quality benchmarks and KPIs

- Maintain full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- A strong background in mechanical building services
- Previous experience managing contracts or similar leadership roles
- Solid knowledge of heating and domestic systems
- Recognised building services qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC or higher)
- Confident IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- CSCS card (preferred)
