We are currently recruiting for an experienced Overhead Crane Operative to join a busy structural steel manufacturing facility based in the HX2 area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a well-established engineering business offering long-term career prospects, regular overtime and an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating overhead cranes to safely move structural steel throughout the workshop.
- Loading and unloading steel sections onto production machinery and transport vehicles.
- Supporting fabrication and production teams with the movement of materials.
- Carrying out pre-use checks on overhead crane equipment.
- Following safe lifting procedures and company health.
