Location: Oldham

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm / Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm

Hourly Rate: £17.00ph plus overtime at 1.5 x basic rate.

Introduction: ES Recruit are currently recruiting for a Fabricator / TIG/MIG Welder to join an established business based in Oldham. Our client specialises in Laser Cutting, Press Braking, Rolling, Machining and Fabrication, delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a range of industries. Due to continued growth and a full order book, they are looking to recruit an experienced Skilled Fabricator / TIG/MIG Welder / Sheet Metal Worker to join their modern workshop facility based in Oldham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TIG and MIG welding on a variety of light and medium gauge materials
  • Sheet metal fabrication and assembly work
  • Operating Press Brake machinery
  • Working from engineering drawings
  • Fabricating and finishing components to a high standard
  • Supporting production across the workshop when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Fabricator / TIG & MIG Welder / Sheet Metal Worker
  • Ability to operate a Press Brake would be highly advantageous
  • Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
