We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of MMA Site Welders - Manchester to join their team for a 12-week contract in the heart of Manchester. If you have a passion for welding and want to work on a prestigious project, this role is perfect for you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform MMA welding on end-plates and strengthening plates for structural steelwork.
- Mark out your own work from drawings to ensure precision and quality.
- Work collaboratively on-site to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Previous MMA site welding experience is essential.
- Relevant welding certifications (MMA / (Apply online only)) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of a CSCS card or ACE card is required; a green labourer card may be accepted.
- Full PPE, including welding screens, is necessary.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay (CIS): £30 per hour Monday to Friday, £40 on Saturdays, and £50 on Sundays.
