Based in Leyland PR25
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support reliability‐centred and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset performance.
- Analyse maintenance and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause and failure mode analyses to prevent repeat failures.
- Develop, monitor, and improve reliability KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Support and coach maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
- Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
- Level 3 Mechanical Engineering.
- Level 3 Electrical Installation (18th edition is desirable).
- Compex (desirable).
- Knowledge of reliability engineering tools (RCM, RCA, FMEA, Weibull, etc).
- A strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to influence site teams effectively.
- Monday to Friday working hours (40 hours per week).
- Competitive salary up to £50k per annum - Permanent Position.
