Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and support reliability‐centred and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance asset performance.
  • Analyse maintenance and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct root cause and failure mode analyses to prevent repeat failures.
  • Develop, monitor, and improve reliability KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
  • Support and coach maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering.
  • Level 3 Mechanical Engineering.
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation (18th edition is desirable).
  • Compex (desirable).
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering tools (RCM, RCA, FMEA, Weibull, etc).
  • A strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence site teams effectively.
