Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products comply with engineering specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Monitor and improve supplier and internal quality performance using KPIs
  • Support and conduct internal, supplier, and ISO audits
  • Ensure customer complaints are effectively managed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer
  • Apprentice trained OR relevant Engineering certifications
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards
  • Strong Root Cause analysis skills - 8Ds, 5 Whys.
