We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Foreman to join a major nuclear infrastructure project in Cumbria as part of a newly secured long-term framework. This role will play a key part in the safe and successful delivery of site operations, leading construction teams and subcontractors on a high-profile project within one of the UK's fastest-growing engineering sectors.

This position would suit a General Foreman, Site Supervisor or Construction Leader with experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or major construction projects. It will appeal to someone who enjoys leading teams on site, driving safety and quality standards, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
  • Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources to maximise productivity and programme performance
  • Support project planning activities, site inspections and progress reporting requirements
  • Deliver toolbox talks, investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement across site operations
