Location: Bridlington Night Shift Monday to Friday 5pm - 1:30am 21.30 - 22.66 per hour (depending on experience) Introduction ES Recruit is seeking skilled Fabricators/MIG Welders to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bridlington.

Key Responsibilities As part of the fabrication team, your responsibilities will include: Manufacturing structural steel components from technical drawings.
Carrying out MIG welding to the required specifications.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
Inspecting completed welds and fabricated parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Completing relevant quality and production documentation.
Meeting production targets while maintaining high workmanship standards.
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe.
Following all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements Previous experience in a Fabricator or MIG Welder role.
The ability to confidently read engineering drawings.
Proven MIG welding experience.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
