Who This Job Would Suit This role is ideal for an experienced CNC Miller / Machinist with a strong background in precision engineering. It would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machine tools, specifically the Toyoda twin pallet machine, to produce medium – large components to exact specifications and tolerances. Support and mentor colleagues and trainees, contributing to their development as required. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures while maintaining high housekeeping standards. Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to manufacture components efficiently. Benefits Matched pension contribution (5.5% employee, 5.5% employer). Optional salary sacrifice scheme. 33 days of annual leave. Death in Service benefit. Onsite parking. All workwear and PPE provided.
