We're recruiting an experienced Fabricator to join a leading engineering company specialising in pressure vessels, pipework and bespoke fabrication.
The Role
- Fabricate components from engineering drawings
- Work with stainless steel and carbon steel
- Operate fabrication machinery including press brakes, guillotines and powered rolls
- Ensure work meets customer specifications and quality standards
- Work as part of a skilled fabrication team
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Fabrication & Welding (or equivalent)
- Previous experience fabricating pressure vessels, pipework or heavy engineering products
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using fabrication machinery
- Strong understanding of welding symbols, tolerances and fabrication processes
- Able to work with minimal supervision
