We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Principal EC&I Engineer to join their dynamic team. With a focus on delivering innovative solutions in the nuclear and defence sector, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as they continue to grow in stature through their successes! The role will initially be full time on site, moving to a hybrid working model (3 days in, 2 days out) following completion of a 3 month probation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design process from concept to manufacture, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams to create effective engineering solutions.
- Provide technical support during the tender process and assist in project management activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of health and safety within the team.
Qualifications and Experience
- HNC/HND in Engineering Discipline (Electrical) or Engineering Degree (BEng/MSc).
- Proven experience in the nuclear or highly regulated industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-discipline teams.
- Familiarity with project management processes and engineering delivery.
- Competency in EC&I engineering calculations and design management.
