We have a fantastic opportunity to work with a business who specialise in the engineering and manufacturing of equipment essential to the Medical industry. The business was recently acquired and has exciting plans to at least double in size over the next 5 years. They have changed their model to incorporate a more automated aspect to their products, which has increased their order book significantly.
The role would suit a Project Engineer who has experience working with Solidworks, so candidates should have a background in design, whilst possessing excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design bespoke 3D models of Machinery in the medical industry.
- Obtain design approval from clients based on GA Drawings.
- Create accurate technical drawings using SolidWorks within agreed time frames.
- Compile Issue Sheets/BOM's.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout project delivery and beyond.
In return you'll receive a salary of circa £50k + package, including overtime paid at time and a half, and company pension.
