We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer, ideally degree-qualified in a related field. Candidates from a CNC / simulation-focused or assembly Production Engineering background are particularly encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilise CAD knowledge, particularly SolidWorks, to design and optimise production processes
  • Apply expertise in 4- and 5-axis machining techniques and CNC lathes to enhance manufacturing efficiency
  • Execute manufacturing engineering tasks to meet critical deadlines
  • Create detailed process specifications and support the department with routings, BOMs, production orders, and costings
  • Leverage ERP systems, preferably SAP, to streamline operations

The role offers a highly competitive package, including a salary of £50,000, 4.5% pension contribution, life assurance at 4x salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to occupational health services.
