The position combines hands-on technical responsibility with leadership development, supporting the creation, refinement, and delivery of high-performance mechanical systems used in demanding industrial applications. This position would suit an ambitious engineer with a strong mechanical background who is has lead teams in highly regulated design environments. Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and support the design engineering team to uphold high technical standards. Develop a strong understanding of the company\’s product range, applications, and customer needs. Design and test mechanical components and systems using 3D CAD tools. Produce precise engineering drawings and related documentation for new and existing products. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.
