An established engineering organisation is seeking an Engineering Technical Administrator to support its Engineering Governance Team. This varied position provides administrative, organisational and coordination support across meetings, reporting, information management, communications, onboarding and continuous improvement, ensuring engineering activities remain organised, accurately documented, effectively communicated and delivered to agreed schedules. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Engineering Governance meetings, workshops and reviews, preparing documentation, recording outcomes and maintaining action trackers, schedules and team registers. Maintain electronic filing systems, engineering records, SharePoint resources and document control activities, ensuring information remains accurate, current, accessible and appropriately managed. Collect management information and performance data, producing routine reports and dashboards while monitoring reporting schedules, deadlines and outstanding actions. Support internal communications, presentations, team updates and stakeholder engagement, alongside onboarding, training records, professional development administration and interview coordination. Support continuous improvement and assurance activities by maintaining improvement records, tracking lessons learned and actions, communicating initiatives and monitoring completion and effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in Technical Administration, preferably within Manufacturing or Engineering environment. Excellent IT skills using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Strong organisational and communication skills. Location: Chorley Permanent Salary: Β£30k - Β£32k (dependent on experience) Working Hours: 4 day working week! Monday - Thursday, Full Time.
