Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial activities across project portfolios, ensuring compliance, value, and effective team performance.
- Provide contractual guidance and manage change control, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Support tendering activities, risk management, and subcontract negotiations.
- Line manage commercial teams, delegating and developing talent appropriately.
- Act as the key commercial interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
- Proven experience in Senior Commercial position with Management / Leadership skills.
- Experience with NEC Contracts.
- Significant contract review and negotiation skills.
- Eligibility for SC Clearance (British National or 5 years in UK).
- Experience in the Nuclear industry preferred but not essential.
