Must have a keen interest in baking different types of breads with a Hands-on experience.
Must be aware proofing oven baking etc

Working 5 days out of 7 Saturdays off. 1 other day off in the week. Some weeks working Monday to Friday. Will be required to work a few Sundays if so, a day will be taken off during the week. Saturday the Bakery is closed.
Hour of work starting 13:00 hrs or earlier 08:00 am working 9-hour shift. various Times to start in the morning or afternoon this is a dayshift.
Overtime available, A performance review is carried out within a year of employment with good prospects. Overtime available.
