We are hiring a Project Engineer for our client, if you’re passionate about AV/UC technology and want to be part of a forward-thinking team delivering innovative solutions, we’d love to hear from you. This role will be responsible for the technical delivery of projects across customer environments, supporting the full lifecycle — from design and deployment through validation and handover.

Location: Basingstoke, UK (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design, development, and testing of deployments
  • Configure and deploy platform components (servers, integrations, automation workflows)
  • Deliver large-scale AV/UC deployments across multiple sites
  • Perform system validation and acceptance testing
  • Support mass rollout and global deployment strategies
  • Provide documentation and handover into operations

Technical Focus

  • Review and validate customer infrastructure and network requirements
  • Configure integrations with AV, UC, and IT systems
  • Support automation scripts and monitoring setup
  • Assist with ITSM integrations for service automation

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with customer IT teams, architects, and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate internally with Project Managers, Support, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide technical input during workshops and design discussions
