This role
As we expand our Global Employer of Record (EOR) offering, we are looking for sales experts who understand the complexities of the modern, borderless workforce. As an Account Executive focusing on Employment Hero’s Employer of Record (EOR) service, you will be the bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals. You will consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.
Your key focus areas will be:
- Consultative Selling: Navigating complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll to provide tailored EOR solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close.
- Product Expertise: Conducting high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform, specifically showcasing our HeroForce and EOR functionality.
- Strategic Growth: Partnering with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly.
