Are you a great deputy looking for their first nursery manager role? Or maybe you are a manager who has outgrown your current setting? Then this is the position for you! You will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the nursery and have experience of how to support and manage all staff. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creating new and exciting learning environments.

What we are looking for:

  • Have a minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
  • At least four years’ experience working in the Early Years sector
  • Relevant skills for working with children aged 0 - 5 years
  • Experience of leading and supporting teams and the overall day to day running of a nursery
  • Experienced in all areas of nursery management i.e. Childcare & Education, staff, finance, health & safety and general and operations management
  • Proven track record of involvement in supporting in Inspections
