Employment Hero is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success & Account Management in the UK to lead the commercial evolution of the UK Customer Success function, reporting to the UK Managing Director. You will head the regional team to protect and expand our customer portfolio and push from reactive support to proactive, revenue-driven growth.

Your remit includes owning the UK revenue trajectory with an NRR quota, driving product adoption, turning adopters into advocates, and partnering with.
