As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic lead for Product Marketing in the UK. Reporting to the UK Senior PM and MD (Talent Solutions), you will initially spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our ATS and Talent Marketplace — driving the liquid exchange of talent that is central to our growth.

While your immediate mission is to dominate the UK Talent space, as the lead PMM in the region, your remit will evolve to cover broader product areas across the Employment Operating System as we scale. You are building the blueprint for UK market leadership.

  • Strategic Leadership: Owning the UK Product Marketing roadmap, starting with Talent Marketplace and expanding into broader HR and Payroll solutions.
  • Market-Product Fit: Identifying and closing product-market fit gaps specifically for UK employers to ensure rapid ATS adoption.
  • Developing and leading the end-to-end GTM strategy for the UK Talent Marketplace, translating complex value propositions into local marketing excellence.
  • Mapping UK supply and demand across regional hiring hubs, industry verticals, and role types to fuel marketplace liquidity.
  • Commercial Enablement: Optimizing the Talent pitch for the UK market, ensuring local CX, SDR, and AE teams are equipped to win.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to turn core value propositions into high-impact messaging across all channels.
  • Analyzing data to identify demand clusters, influencing both candidate acquisition and product direction.
  • Experience with Talent/HR tech, ATS adoption, or marketplace dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Cross-Functional Leader: Expert at navigating the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Marketer: You use analytical rigor to map markets and identify growth opportunities before the competition does.
  • AI-Forward: You are curious about AI’s role in product marketing and eager to use it to amplify your impact.

You will work remotely, with the flexibility to own your time and impact. You’ll also have access to a wide range of benefits that includes a very generous parental leave policy, subsidised egg freezing, a WFH office expense budget, and outstanding learning & development opportunities.
