This role involves providing a HR, payroll and benefits software-as-a-service platform to small and medium-sized businesses. HR & Payroll Implementation Consultants are responsible for gathering information, creating and delivering training to our customers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software. You will be a primary contact point for customers during training of implementations across both Employment Hero and Employment Hero Payroll.
Your key focus areas will include:
- Working with both HR and Payroll teams to deliver great outcomes for our customers.
- Designing, developing and delivering Payroll and HR implementation workshop content to multiple clients based on best practice.
- Delivering training to clients on payroll implementation, including:
- Designing, developing and supporting content creation.
- Educating clients on best practice using the Employment Hero & KeyPay platform.
- Responding to customer communications and queries during the implementation.
- Managing a portfolio of clients concurrently to ensure a successful implementation journey.
- Building strong working relationships with fellow Customer Experience (CX) team members and external teams to continuously drive improvement.
- Ensuring data in our business management systems is accurate and current.
- Continuously updating all administrative requirements to ensure reporting and data accuracy is a priority.
- Constantly reviewing and improving our delivery processes.
- Providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.

- 3-5 years of training experience, both client-facing and processing.
- A knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements pertinent to the country being implemented.
- Creation and maintenance of learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoption.
- Payroll or HR Implementations experience to understand the complexities and nuances of an implementation journey.
- Excellent communication skills to keep fellow team members and clients engaged and provide excellent customer service.
- Stakeholder management with both internal and external teams to drive change and improvement in the services we offer.
- Time management skills, being dependable in the workplace and managing a challenging workload when needed.
- Scheduling management to effectively manage a high volume project portfolio.
